It is best to read letters and other messages we send you the day they arrive. If you do not open a message on our portals within 48 hours, the system will automatically send a paper copy by post. 

You can now access important information about your care at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre online any time via our patient portals:

  • Healthcare Communications - access your appointment letters and appointment details any time on any device with internet access (e.g. a smartphone, tablet or laptop). This service is available to all of our patients. 
  • Patients Know Best (PKB) - your clinical team might have invited you to use Patients Know Best (PKB) as part of your ongoing care with us. This service is currently only available to some patients.
