Our arrangement with the Lilac Centre provides chemotherapy and other cancer drug treatments closer to home. 

The Lilac Centre is located in St Helens Hospital, part of Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. 

It mainly provides chemotherapy and immunotherapy but can also provide other supportive therapies such as blood and platelet transfusions.

Facilities

The Lilac Centre staff cannot look after or supervise children during your appointment.

Free wi-fi is available throughout the clinic.

There is a car park located on the right of the main entrance. There is a fee for parking. (The Lilac Centre clinic is not run by nurses from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.)

If you are unable to make your own way to an appointment, hospital transport is available if you meet the eligibility criteria. You will need your NHS number to be able to book transport – this can be found on your hospital letters.
