Our Halton CANtreat clinic provides chemotherapy and other cancer drug treatments closer to home. 

The CANtreat clinic is run by a team of specialist chemotherapy nurses from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, providing treatments for lung, breast, lymphoma, bowel, urology and prostate cancer patients.

The clinic is in the Nightingale Building – formerly known as Halton General Hospital. The site is part of Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We cannot look after or supervise children during your appointment.

Free wi-fi is available throughout the clinic.

The car park is on your left as you drive on to the hospital site. This is an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) car park. 

Car parking is free for patients attending the CANtreat chemotherapy clinic for cancer treatment. Please give your licence plate details to the receptionist and she will validate your car for free parking. Patients attending every week will be issued with a car park permit.

If you are unable to make your own way to an appointment, hospital transport is available if you meet the eligibility criteria. You will need your NHS number to be able to book transport – this can be found on your hospital letters.
